My name is Bratislav Stoiljković.

I am an entrepreneur & a private investor at the age of 41, owning an international holding company operating under multiple brands, active in global commodities trading, management services, hospitality, real estate & media industries,

• across the Western Balkans / Open Balkan (with presence in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and North Macedonia);
• within the East Africa Union (with the presence in Uganda),
• within the European Union (with the presence in Cyprus), and
• within the Gulf Cooperation Council (with presence in Dubai, UAE).

I am enthusiastic about development of sustainable global partnerships with individual, corporate and Governmental investors and business operators, focusing on:

• contributing to wellbeing of Uganda, East Africa, by bringing investments that add value within the country by processing available premium raw materials, as well as by stimulating commodities exports from the country to reach the target of 6 billion US $ by 2028.
• growing my current businesses portfolio on new territories;
• partnering with international investors or corporations, interested in establishing or growing their operations on the territories of our strongest business presences, led by Uganda and Serbia.

Bratislav’s Academic Background

I completed my bachelor’s degree in the Federal Republic of Germany, whereas I completed my Masters in Business Administration, with a top ten UK University at the time of completion. I was awarded DAAD Scholarship by the German Government for outstanding academic performance during my degree. I have been a member of the Chartered Management Institute of the United Kingdom, for over a decade. I am accredited TUV expert in multiple specific fields dealing with corporate operations management.

We perform global trade of commodities, primarily of food products, including coffee, coco, tea, banana flower, vanilla, flowers, fruits & vegetables, as well as chocolates, arts & crafts, biscuits, primarily from Africa to Southeast Europe, GCC, and CIS. 

We help beautiful Uganda – the Pearl of Africa – rise its exports of 13 priority commodities to 6 billion US $ by 2028, in collaboration with the Presidential Advisory Committee of Exports Promotion and Industrial Development – PACEID (www.paceid.org). 

We manage storage and processing facilities in Uganda, East Africa; Serbia, Southeast Europe; and Dubai, UAE.

Our holding company constitutes a network or local country consulting & logistics service providers aimed at supporting your private or corporate investment or a join investment partnership with us in food & beverage processing, real estate, hospitality, media, and beyond, in Uganda, East Africa and across the the Western Balkans.

Our holding structure pioneered the first Uganda trade hub in the world, in Belgrade Waterfront, Serbia (being the 3.5 billion $ UAE investment in real estate in Southeast Europe www.belgradewaterfront.com), commissioned by the President of Uganda, HE Yoweri Museveni. The trade HUB is in a form of an Ugandan cuisine coffee/restaurant, with a market place, called Uganda Connect. We established a franchise guidelines for our new investments in this hospitality brand, planned for Uganda, UK, UAE, USA and the Russian Federation, as well as available for the other potential equity partners at other worlds markets.

Our fund rising associations focusing on administrative project development and implementation targeting rising public or corporate funds for the benefit of the societal wellbeing, including the topics of: carbon free society, green energy, poverty reduction, natural disasters early detection, intercultural tolerance and beyond, are operating in Uganda, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia. The associations have successfully implemented over 20 multiannual projects through the past decade.

ADRIA TV was our great investment project performed from the entry to exit. ADRIA TV was made the fastest growing TV channel in Montenegro. It has been one of only four commercial TV operators of the country, with the national coverage. It was acquired and restructured in 2020 and ever since experience continues growth, until the sale in 2023. NBA basketball, ABA basketball, national football, European Championships across various sports are the content that we have been offering to our vievers, when it comes to sports. Informative program has been famous nation-wide.

When it comes to entertainment production, we owned the brand “Skale”, being the most prestigious Adriatic Mediterranean music festival, that attracts thousands of people from throughout the region as well as is broadcasted in 5 countries on the national TV coverage channels and radios. The festival “Skale” was| organized in another 3 countries of the region as of 2022, on top of the Montenegrin Adriatic. The music festival also assumed innovative audit and visual contents creation, including for some of the most famous regional music stars.

Our holding developed another TV station in Montenego, TV Jadran, Radio Jadran and a number of web news portals in Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Montenegro. 

Extensive know-how developed is available for deployment in other geographical regions, African continent being the key target.

During and after the Covid 19 pandemic, we provided financial support to countries in the Open Balkan region: the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

We also financially supported state funds for the fight against the Covid 19 in the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

Support in the form of donating masks was provided to the Nišava Administrative District, the City of Novi Sad and the City of Trebinje.

Financial and other forms of support were also provided to Roma communities in Belgrade, Niš and Podgorica.
